ABOUT BETHANY CARE SOCIETY
Over 70 Years of Creating Caring Communities for Seniors in Southern Alberta
Since its founding in 1945, Bethany Care Society has become one of the largest not-for-profit providers of health, housing and community services for seniors and adults with disabilities in Western Canada. We offer a unique spectrum of services designed to promote personal autonomy, choice, dignity and quality of life for our residents.
We celebrate aging and we value choice, quality of life, independence and community. These are the cornerstones of our services. As the seniors population grows, so have we, responding to the needs of the communities we are part of. Inspired by our legacy of faith, caring and love, and along with a passion to serve, we create caring communities for our seniors. We provide a range of housing and care options, from independent living to supportive living, long-term care, specialized dementia care and community services throughout central and southern Alberta.

About Bethany Care Foundation
Bethany Care Foundation (registered charitable BN 87675 4102 RR0001) engages community donors in support of Bethany Care Society’s mission through fundraising activities and the disbursement of carefully stewarded funds to advance the Society’s strategic priorities. We link donor interests to areas of Bethany’s mission that are meaningful to them – including capital improvements at specific sites, general support of our residents, recreational and entertainment activities, special programs like music, art, horticulture and pet therapy, rehabilitation and physical therapies, and pastoral care.
Donors make it possible for us to continue to innovate our care and support for seniors and adults with disabilities.
